Responsible to handle the complete recruitment process
•Works
with Business Manager to validate identified competencies and
skills needed for the opening as available in the marketplace /
client requirement.
•Responsible for developing functional
recruiting strategies, determining whether applicants meet
qualifications of open position(s), and understanding and
implementing employment practices and policies.
•Develop
and maintain recruiting sources to insure adequate flow of
qualified resumes for candidate selection to meet job-opening
needs.
Account Management:
•Established relationships
with all the clients to support high volume
opportunities.
•Interact with the clients to understand the
requirements and find a suitable candidate for same within a
given time frame.
•Take care of our client's manpower
requirements, including contractual staff and staffing. Manage
and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs &
efficiency.
