Administrator for
DSCSM project.
Working on Customer Support Excellence
Initiative.
Analyzing the Customer needs so as to improve
the customer satisfaction index.
Handling customer queries
through DSCSM interviews and sending the same to the concerned
dept.
Identifying customer needs and analyzing the areas of
improvement to increase the customer satisfaction.
Handling
the Dealer’s network.
Ensuring proper services given by
the dealers by conducting Mystery Shopping at the dealers
end.
Administrator for MQS.
MIS reporting. Analysis of
the reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
Active participation in forming a new system in Oracle 11i
for capturing customer calls.
DSCSM (Distributor Service
Customer Satisfaction Measurement) project
Get data from
dealers for the report on weekly basis and sending feedback on
the same.
Correcting the errors from the report by
co-ordinating with dealers.
Compiling the data in required
format.
Converting the entire data in pipe-delimited
form.
Loading it to common server and taking out report from
Oracle 11i system.
Compiling the data zone wise and
uploading the same on Cummins portal.
Interviewing customers
for feedback on servicing carried out by all over India
dealers.
Reporting the feedback/complaints of the customers
to the concerned dept.
Handling all over India dealer’s
network for service events carried out at their end.
Updating weekly reports and sending the reports to the
departments concerned.
Updating monthly
reports.
Updating monthly CAC (Customer Assistance Cell)
reports.
Mystery shopping at the dealers end to ensure about
the service carried out by them to the
customer.
Identifying the areas of improvement and
recommending the same to the Quality and
CRM
head.
Working on Customer Support Excellence

MQS (Mobile Quick Serve).
Working as
administrator of QS software.
The storage, reporting and
forwarding of response data through Quick serve program.
The
received data from the Dealers is run through a Quick serve
program and extracted from the Quick serve
application.
Solving the queries of the Dealers regarding QS
application.
Comparing the QS and DSCSM
reports.
Comparing the service reports sent by the Dealers
and solving Dealer queries related to QS online.
