My Responsibilities:
Prepared and delivered software presentation and articulately demonstrated to the customers.
Manage & coordinate with all departments, as a Back office Administrative schedule for Marketing Executive & Support Eng & software Eng.
Followed up with after sales and performed daily routine administrative procedure
Monitor, review & report on Marketing team activity.
Call to leads, Prepare Quotation, take follow up for leads, collect PO and Payment Follow up.
Totally handling AIPL Office (corporate Office) regarding Fingerprint CCTV Camera and JUSTLOOK Solution.
Understand Client Requirements & Implement software system & handle the projects and Co-ordinate with the team and testing the things manually as well as by different tools.
Interact with the entire client to get information about issues and project details.
The particular projects working on getting the things completed and provide it in a timely manner with Quality to the client & get feedback form the client.
Excellent knowledge with company product.
Onsite & Online Customizing the Reports as per Clients Requirements.
My Achievements:
1. Made the entire customer support online by reducing the onsite support calls.
2. Significant improvement in the corporate relations, excellent communication and co-ordination with corporate Clients helped to build up corporate image & goodwill of the firm.
