division as PID (main client)for QTIF BULK PLANT 161,162
(BI-10-00612) JUAYMAH GAS PLANT (BI-10-0087). &
VID For SATROP/KARAN/MANIFA PROJECTS. Project inspection
division(PID) responsibilities : As a Saudi Aramco PID,
responsible for quality, To ensure that QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
implemented & effectively working for quality monitoring for all
stages of construction and pre-commissioning up to final
acceptance, to ensure compliance with applicable standards
. Representing on behalf of Saudi Aramco conduct meeting to
contractors, vendors and sub contractors QA/ QC managers,
Supervisors , PMT to implement quality work in
project. Attending weekly meetings with Saudi Aramco
Inspection personnel, Contractors, Sub contractors execute all
kind of mechanical inspection and welding Inspection of C.S,
LTCS, S.S, DUPLEX, ALLOY 20, NICKEL ALLOYS etc. according to
Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, Saudi Aramco Engineering
Procedures and Saudi Aramco Test Inspection Plan. Managing
with Contractor & Sub Contractors, QA/QC Managers, Supervisors
and Inspectors to ensure Quality work in progress Reviewed
Project Quality Plan, ITP/WPS/PQR/WQT/MTC, P&ID, ISO Drawings,
Hydro Test packages, Tie –in packages and weekly welding status
report and committed on the specific documents prior to final
Approval. Monitoring all QA / QC personnel activities as
per project quality plan and inspection test plan . Carry
out the inspection as per Contractor RFI, if any deviation
occurred issued Log book entry, NCR and weekly Highlights
. Inspection was carried out for Line check of plot piping,
witnessed of Hydro test, Pneumatic test, Dry layup, Flanges
alignment, Bolt torque, etc Carried out PMCC walkthrough
according to P&ID drawings & prepared exceptional items list &
Closing it.
