o Co-ordination with HUL users in troubleshooting and resolving
link problems. o Installation of Cisco catalyst 1900, 2900 and
3500 series switches and configuring them in to the
network. o Co-ordination with BSNL, Bharti, Reliance in
troubleshooting and resolving link problems. o Configuring &
Monitoring Cisco series routers (1700, 2600 & 3600
Series). o Configuring & Monitoring of Dynamic & Static
Routing. o Monitoring & Maintaining the WAN links like Leased
Lines, MPLS link & ISDN lines. o Network Monitoring by SNMP
tool. o Troubleshooting for remote users on their application
errors occurs on Telnet, FTP and mails. o Configuring & Managing
Back up link for VSAT (ISDN Lines Using D-link DI-304 ISDN Router
and Dial-up through RAS). o Monitoring & Managing network
traffic utilization by VSAT sites, through Packet Shaper (Tool by
Packeteer) & set QOS for Telnet, FTP, and Mail
Traffic. o Handling of LAN management service of HUL
network. o Participating as a team on major activities held on
HUL networks.
