processing and distributing of salary of 1200 employees with help
of SAP- Payroll, Salary posting in SAP, verification of
reimbursement claims and other benefit according to entitlements.
Statutory compliance / other activities Responsible for
compliance of PF, ESIC,Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour,
Maintenance and supervision in respective register under Contract
Labour Act, factory act, Labour Laws, ESIC & PF. Liaison with
Government Agencies as like telephone, police, labour
departments.  Making daily & monthly manpower report category
wise & & submitted to unit HR head & Unit head. Maintain Leave
record, Absentee report, Man-hours report & Overtime report.
Preparation of monthly wages sheet, P.F., ESIC return &
distribution of wages.EPF, ESI deduction and record all register
maintain as per EPF act 1952 and ESIC act 1948, Making 3A & 6A
return.  Arrangement of accommodations for the company
employees/ staff, planning.  Making Shift Chart & Operating
Shift at round the clock with CMS card punching machine,
Attendance system (CMS) fully computerized. Verification of
attendance of employees and records keeping.  Record all
register maintain as per contract labour act 1970 and payment of
wages act 1936, Fine register, Deduction register, Advance
register, Attendance register.  Labour matters, Spot
checking, Supervision of contract labour at construction site,
Arrangement of contractors , Supervision of labour colony at
construction site, Screening of contract labour First aid and
accident cases, supervision of contract labour wages payment,
Site safety etc. Arrangement of site staff to be routed as Muster
roll.  Supervision of time office, day to day affairs,
Form-12, Form-14, Accident cases & all other activities. Dealing
with general administration like labour office,Pf Office,ESI
Office, Police, Transport Authority,MCD, & OTHER Govt.
department.  Transportation management and record
keeping.  Controlling & monitoring of Contact labour &
Contractors. MIS Regarding Manpower Perks, Daily manpower report
etc. Grievance handling with employees & Contract labours.
Monitoring regarding appraisal of employees.  Checking of
security / House keeping staff attendance & their manpower
deployments as per needs of project.  Hiring, Position
creation, Action, Salary Posting, Reimbursement (LTA, Medical),
off cycle payment, Overtime processing in SAP.  Co-ordination
with Head Office to resolve the employee’s grievances, Joining
formalities, Full & Final , Disposal of all statuary return like
form-11, form-21, form-22, ER-1, form -4 . Getting clearance of
site staff in case of resignation / termination /
transfer.  Arrangement of contract labour, Contractor,
Workmen, Labour colony. arrangements of company guest house &
basic amenities as per company rule. Arrangement of
