The Decisions That Matter

After quite a long span of corporate experience, it was in this year 2013 when I decided to start my own firm, providing HR Services, primarily setting up the complete HR Department at a minimal cost for SME companies. It was a long hidden aspiration that I am successfully living today.

Job Profile:

I am the owner of Protagonist HR Services, which provides Cost Effective HR Services to SME's to help them to raise up to the standards of major Business accomplishments. We take care of end to end HR Requirements, from an Organizational Development, Recruitment, Policy Harmonization, Compliance, Employee engagement. We deal across all industries.

Prized Accomplishment(s):

I am one among a lot, who has the liberty to accomplish what one desires. I am the Proud owner of a nascent firm of HR Services, which believes new learning, innovation, opportunities & honest convention.

Advice For New Professionals:

Running behind the crowd, doesn't help in accomplishment of your Aim in Life. It's important to know and understand your core competencies and understand your goal in life. Once, you know your where your potential lies & have decided a goal in life, nothing can stop you from achieving what you want.

My Dad: A self Made man, who has been through loads of struggle but never gave up. He always had a smile on his face. He always knew one thing which is if he cannot get what he wants today, he will definitely get it tomorrow. An honest knowledgeable man, who is respected by all whom he has ever encountered with.

The Journey So Far:

Have worked for 6 years with the IT giant Wipro and have handled muti faceted roles in HR. Post which have started my own firm of HR Services. I have handled Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Recruitment, Organizational Restructuring, Policy Harmonization, Client Relationship Management, Employee strategy & Benefits, Competency Matrix.

My Current role, gives me the freedom to explore new ideas, be associated with multiple industries & each day is a learning of its own.
