Job Responsibility:
Preparation and Development of Project
HSE Plan. Develop and implement Site Emergency Plan and
Traffic Diversion Plans. Preparation of Plan for
installation of Sign Boards as per IRC 67:2000. Conducting
Initial Safety Induction for workers as well as
staff. Organizing Toolbox meetings. Conducting HSE
Trainings for all levels in the projects Formation of
project HSE committee and conducting HSE meeting
periodically. Carrying out regular HSE inspections and
ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions taken
by line managers. Conduct camp inspections to ensure health
& hygiene. Conduct Emergency drills. Ensure
availability of PPEs and compliance by site
personnel. Assist the project Managers in improving Health,
Safety and Environment working standard in the
projects. Monitoring sub contractor’s activities and
advice on unsafe conditions & unsafe practices. Controlling
of “hot works” while performing by ensuring appropriate
control measures in place. Investigation of all accidents
and implement corrective actions. Organizing safety
campaigns and safety awareness programmes. Work close
coordination with inter department within the
project. Maintaining safety records and statistical datas as
required. Ensuring safe erection as per the work method
statement. Preparing risk assessment for the project for all
the activities.
