Am a BE in Electronics and Telecom in 1987 from Bhopal NIT (earlier REC), with first rank in univ. Passed UPSC's Indian Engineering Services Exam with all India 6th rank. Served the govt as Indian Telecom Service (ITS) officer for 8 years. Worked in Bharti telemedia group (earlier fixed line and broadband group) for 8 years. Was CTO of several circles, including Delhi.
Currently am Director Network operations running the technical offshored services for COLT Telecom in Europe.
