Couple of years from now
If in current company I can't say though my performance reviews speaks a different story, but if given a fair chance in the company itself in a couple of years from now I can be one of the iconic programme manager.
Initiative to develop a country
If the learn to respect each other, they can form a social company. United if we we can fight anyone.
More about myself
Giving responsibility is good and shows that company trust you, but if it is not accompanied with authority then it means the company testing you. But if it continues long then the company bluffing you on your efficiency and deficiency.
Important decision
The authority level was not such to have much say but made the reports more visual and understanding than counting words and pages, got multiple appreciation from clients on my progress and control reports as they speaks the truth as it is.
