• Review of contract document and comparing with inquiry &
offer and resolving the discrepancies. Design and engineering of
project drawings and testing and commissioning if
required • Arranging meeting with client/consultant, preparing
organizational chart, planning and scheduling for project actives
& manpower as per scope of items • Placing purchase order to
approved vendors for equipment/services, arranging material
sample and documents for approval from client. Arranging sub
contracting (manpower / other works) as required. • Planning
of project execution .During construction phase attending
meetings with client/consultant as per constant and making
regular site visits for timely completion and for making claims
from clients for scope of work out of contractual obligation,
delay, acceleration etc. • Following up all the project
activities until the completion, submission of as built
documents, project handling over demobilizing from
site. • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant
and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. • Lead
and supervise mechanical,electrical,and plumbing designers in the
engineering and design of building MEP systems, Inspection of
technical work for accuracy and compliance of company standards
