The Decisions That Matter

Well, the most important career decision of life has been to become an entrepreneur rather than following the pretty comfortable path of regular job. Since my school days, I always had a dream to do different and better than others and I found entrepreneurship the best path for myself.

Career Profile:

I am working as Chief Technology Officer at Vyapar Hub. I am also a Co-Founder in the organization. I am looking after the whole of Technical Operations and some part of Business Development as these areas suits to my core competence.

The Journey So Far:

Before starting Vyapar Hub,I worked as a Business Executive with a popular British organization. I was a great learning curve for my career. But then I realized I wished to prove myself to the entire world as a proven entrepreneur rather than just a regular employee & in 2011 we started Vyapar Hub.

Working Life Management:

The work-life balance is long run learning. So far I am enjoying the hectic yet very pleasing professional life. I can't give much time to my personal affairs. Yet, I enjoy the way it is if we consider the rewards & recognition in a professional arena.

Growth Strategy:

I practice a simple thumb-rule to continue to grow and develop as a Leader, i.e.:
Learn--> Innovate --> Execute --> Deliver timely.

Advice For New Professionals:

Try your best to do something innovative and better than others if you really wish yourself to see a shining star in the corporate world. When small men attempt great enterprises, they always end by reducing them to the level of their mediocrity (Napoleon Bonaparte).

Degrees That Matter:

Well, there is no particular choice of Degree or Certificate I can recommend other than strong will power and innovative thinking. Many college dropouts have become so great that they hire world's best management university students across the globe.

Done Differently:

It all depends on the actual situations and circumstances.
