RESPONSIBILITIES: · Responsible for arranging training for
available Human Resource of Rajasthan. · Maintaining all
regional database of training. · Making various kinds of
activities & Training@ store level (Star Test, STUC, games,
picnic and Communication with the customers) for Spencer’s
Staff. Monthly review of respective store. · Making the Records
of loyalty card customer and their views related the Training
purpose, so that we can clear the problem related with
