My family background

well i belongs to a normal family with one younger brother, my mom dad and grand mother and seriously i don’t have a lot of friends and don’t have a big friend circle my friends are limited in a circle and m very happy with them really and internet is one of my big hobby but when i am not working than i would like spend my time with my friends, parties and family.

Brief description about me

First of all it’s my good luck that you guys invited me to share my feelings with you, well as all we know that starting your own business is always a big challenge and not an easy task, but when you are young, you can play with the difficulties and you feel to do something more then your self and you will be exited to do some bigger, some challenging at that point of time, forgot about what’s done is done and go ahead for a new height with your confident.

Well as you all know my name is Pardeep Kumar (haha – with a little and cute smile on face), a broad minded person :p , born on 1st-February-1990 in delhi only, completed my schooling from H.M.D.A.V. School (Daryaganj) and i have done my post graduation (MCA) from IGNOU and continuing for Doctoral Degree in Computer science and done a lots of information security – IT certifications.

My role model

Umm, well i was trying to improve my skills, i was following other’s foot steps, was doing networking and talk to others, met with a lot seniors, my elder brothers to discuss and to learn and they was really loving it because a young guy was following his foot steps.

my parents and my friends were really supportive at that time to help me in any condition, yes they were really supportive and i feel that without their help, it was possible.

Initiative to develop a country

they can serve and share their resources to help India to become a developed country, professional can stay in own country can help to become developed as in the world there is lot of professional of India is working for giants.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

all the lower n higher schools and colleges must be virtual, the admissions must be admitted on the behalf of caliber not on reservation system it proves that still we are powerless in education system, there should be a monitoring team for schools and colleges, we should start the advanced studies in our national language (Hindi) as china does so that the most of shining stars and faces could come ahead.

More about myself

no i don't think there is something more to ask from your side but yes you can ask more about education qualification and professional backgroud like how tough was the education system, was that comfortable for us to become a perfect or successful human, changes in our education system (you asked) and how can we help others in the same, thats it.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

he/she must share his knwoledge and resources with others to become a successful leader because who makes us happy thats a real leader.

trust your self, be with good friends and family always because they works as strong roots of a strong tree.
