Activities Concerned With HR.
• Handling all the HR
Activities.
• HR policies and procedures, Employee relations,
grievance handling.
• Taking direction and writing abilities
to write letters like Termination, appraisal, Promotion etc.
• Handling Recruitments, Joining formalities, appraisal and
other employee related issues.
• Handling the confidential
database.
• Documentation, Salary preparation, Etc.
• New
recruitment, induction of the new joinee, salary account opening.
• Responsibility of employer and employee
relationship.
• Taking care of the Full & Final Settlement of
Employee.
Activities Concerned With
Administration.
• Assisting in other day-to-day
activities.
• Maintaining calendars, fixing up appointments
(internal & external).
• Attending the group meetings,
preparing the minutes of the meeting and following up for the
open action points.
• Drafting Of the
letters/Correspondence.
• Sending & receiving
mails.
• Scheduling meeting with vendors whenever
required.
• Preparing agreements for contract labor
work.
• To keep the important document & files
updated.
• Maintain database of the employees.
• Looking
over the general office administration.
• Completing of new
joinee formalities in coordination with respective
managers.
• Access Card management in terms of attendance and
security.
• Printing of I-cards, issuing of stationary,
photocopying request.
• Taking care of employee benefits like
med claim, insurance, overseas insurance.
• Issuing access
card to the employees and keeping updates of the
same
• Handling corporate connections issue of all senior
level employees.
• Preparing agreements for contract labor
work.
• Payments follow up with finance.
• Ensuring timely
submission of bills viz., telephone, electricity,
etc
• Provide new mobile/landline connections and bill
clearance of the connections.
• Stock maintenance (stationary,
fooditems, visting cards, lunch coupons etc.
• Managements of
pantry consumables.
• Handling the administration part of Info
system like maintaining and keeping important Security documents,
installations records.
• Assisting Admin helpdesk for all
activities.
• Handling Billing Process
• Handling
stationary related activities
• Preparing report for the
consumption of stationery and other regular items and create PR
for the same
• Looking after AHD’S assigned for the
particular things.
• Making arrangements for other cultural
activities
• Preparing Vouchers for the Bills
• Preparing
Accruals on monthly bills.
• Preparing monthly Budget of the
incoming current bills.
• Handling Vendors Related
Issues.
• Initiation, document maintenance, welcoming
formalities.
•
Activities Concerned With Travel
Arrangements.
• Arrangement of VIP Guests - transport, hotel
stay, office / Site visit, Ticketing.
• Handling the Bus
Passes Provided to the employee
• Hotel bookings and arranging
of stay and accommodation for the guest.
• Arrangement of
Cabs.
• Coordinating in travels booking for International and
domestic air ticketing
• Collecting the necessary documents
from the employee for visa for US and UK & ticketing by
co-coordinating with the travel agencies
• Keeping the record
of the employees flying abroad.
• Doing the reimbursement for
the expenses done during traveling to abroad.
• Prepare
regular MIS reports.
