Took charge of Unnao Branch from 10 October 07, Responsible for
Overall Branch Operations and sales. Unnao being older and
bigger branch with 13 UM and larger FOS base was given based on
my past performance. Successfully finalized the Establishment
& Launch of Etawah and Mainpuri Branches. Responsible for
ensuring all sales targets for the branch are met. Regularly
review the progress of (Senior Agency Manager; UM – monthly/
quarterly) and suggest corrective measures, if any. To support
the recruitment of Unit Managers. Responsible for capacity
building at Branch Level and maintaining morale. Ensure talent
is retained and control attrition Internal & External
Interface: Provide feedback and suggestions on initiatives/
changes required in regional operations. To maintain regular
internal interface with Customer Service for policy
issuance. Conduct regular marketing activities and customer
focused activities to promote business. Conduct training for
Unit Managers and advisors and Sales Support team. Launch
contests and ensure business goals are achieved.
