I am currently working in ST Microelectronics in the ICT group as
a Team Leader for Business Applications Support. Our basic
work is to fetch User Requirements, support and implement them to
enhance the Critical Business Applications and resolve the
problems faced by the user community. These Business
Applications are used in the Supply Chain Management activities
of the company. We also use a corporate helpdesk tool Remedy
for Incident and Problem Management.
