• Identification of potential FCs as per the company norms
• Arranging 100 hrs training towards FC licensing
• Coordinating with the BSO and the agency team at Corporate for procuring the FC license
• Setting the targets
• Conducting periodic performance Reviews
• Be a coach & guide for FC in sales calls
• Guide the FC in prospecting new customers
• Organizing periodic FC training on products and DISHA
• Conducting training programs for FC to build and enhance their knowledge on Insurance sector and competition
• Achieving sales target by direct sales during the initial first three months
• Organizing worksites
• Conducting Customer And HNI meets Participating in national/zonal/regional Sales contests
• Focus on business persistency/Control Lapsation
• Prepare day to day sales and DISHA MIS as required by the immediate manager
