Well Politics is everywhere..I would like a clean team who would support one another and grow along with the team leader or Manager or so..Team interaction- If they are right in their work then team member can share his or her views or concerns with the other members..Only when there is jalousies , greed etc.. the team members do not share their views and end up in no team improvements and their self too

Well be consistent in the work am doing...I also look at my juniors and want them to grow along with the company..I am not worried about the junior getting a higher position than me..Everyone knows what teacher does!!

Managing personal and professional life

Well we humans bond to make mistakes and we learn from our mistakes...I don't say that I am a perfectionist but yes i try to avoid mistakes by not repeating it again and be more cautious and manipulate things and do a little of home work before doing any thing...so one need to be a good analyzer...

of-course their increments...But i don't agree to it...Being a manager its not just your job you need to look at the company and also at the other employees who are working with you specially your colleagues..try to improve them and also the company try to figure out where they lack and do your best...and when you have it in mind to improve am sure no one can stop..as there is a saying where there is a will there is a way...

My views on India Technical development

Well we need to stop sending our people outside India--that can be done here if the govt is good, provide good salaries, less taxes, public utility services, proper infrastructure, the Govt needs to fund in the right place if they need India to come up..instead of the UK & the US companies..It can be India...
