Management for Involuntary Churn Control, also responsible for
Payouts & Data Allocation of all these retention agencies
• Responsible for Query Resolutions & Problem

• To Co-Ordinate with other departments like Sales,

• Responsible to Increase the Collection
Efficiency by running some incentive schemes.
• Managing the
customer profiling and segmentation activity for the Landline &
Broad Band customer base for the Zone as a loyalty
initiative.
• Identifying the proper Root – Cause for
Churned & use the different tools to resolve issue according to
Company policy.
• Responsible for overall Retention and
MIS/Report generation.
• Handle the all Collection Data &
provide the List to all executives.
• Preparing Incentives as
per target & fulfill it.
• Checking DCR (Daily Call Report),
Retention Tracker, Collection planner on daily
basis.
• Provide the feedback & Reports to senior’s
according to his requirement.
• Negotiation with high revenue
generation.
• Responsible to reduce the Voluntary churn thru
touch point and field team.
• Corporate & high ARPU Customers
ownership & events management for the high- end
users.
• Revenue enhancement by promoting Value Added Services
& Higher Bill Plans
• Responsible for proactive Churn
Control initiatives.
Planning
for reduction of OG barred, I/C barred & Voluntary churn of whole
Region.
Responsible for
reviewing Quality performance of all Retention activities.
