•aTo prepare 3D models & Assembly as per given Customer
drawings (2D Drawing). •To understand all the tooling
requirements from the customers and convert them in to 3D model.
(Eg: patterns, Core boxes, loose pieces etc). •To design all
jigs and fixtures for the casting to check the machining
allowance and to give first machining reference (averaging
fixture). •To prepare 3D models as per given samples (reverse
engineering). •Design Automation. •Communication with
On-site Customer.
