Important lesson learned
There is no short cut to success. DO WHAT YOU KNOW IS RIGHT – do what it takes to do the right thing.
My family background
Happily married for last 16 years and a mother of one lovely Son who is in his teens.
Ensuring success
Passion brings joy to work. Passion is the first step to achievement. so, I ensure that I bring passion in everything I do. Learning helps me stay younger so I always look for new things to learn. Challenges keep me going and Action makes me feel Alive.
My strongest skill
Passion, Perfection & Perseverance.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
- Character is everything.
- Who takes values to Work.
- who is Competent.
- Who puts team first and wins and fails together.
My role model
My role model is Raja Shivaji. He was a principle of effulgence, rather a divine inspiration. Despite being powerful he did not use his powers to torment, who despite being glorified was not arrogant, who conquered valorous enemies. He was a founder of Maratha empire. At a very young age he established a competent and progressive civil rule. He innovated military tactics, pioneering the guerrilla Shiva sutra or ganimi kava methods to defeat his larger and more powerful enemies. He is an overflowing spring of inspiration to many young leaders.
Important decision
It's not easy to do the right thing when the wrong thing is expedient. I am determined to do the right thing even when it hurts.I kept on doing the right thing and will keep doing it, even if it doesn't help me move ahead with my talent.
Degree that I recommend
With due respect to all the degrees/certifications, I believe that what you contribute and deliver matters the most at the end of the day. Being successful is what you do and how you do with what you know.
Couple of years from now
Managing the business with Profit and Loss responsibility and leading the company.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
Looking at where we are as a country, Something fundamentally need to change, That's for sure. We need to benchmark with other developed countries. Their progress and consistency is surely coming out of their robust education system.
Initiative to develop a country
We all have obligation to give back to society. If each of us keep that obligation in mind and help at least one human being to live a respectable life, I think we can achieve a lot. Mantra for all professionals - Learn, Earn and Return.
Influenced by
Well, there are many but the first name comes to my mind is Lokmanya Bal Ganagadhar Tilak. He was the first popular leader of the indian independence movement. His famous quote "Swaraj is my birth right and I shall have it" is well remembered in India even today. He had courage and guts to challenge the wrong and fight for it for the benefit of the larger population.
