Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I am from a middle class family from Jahrkhand with 9 members in my family. Mom, Dad, 5 Sibblings and grandpa. My dad works in CCL(Central Coal Field Limited). Mom is a house wife and I am working with Zeon Solutions as a Content Executive in Nagpur. My younger brother is doing Poly from Nagpur Univ

Parting thoughts

I have a corporate experince of 4 years and 4 months in a Content Management Domain. I work on managing CMS for E-Commerce sites, customer service reports, SEO (link building), Testing of the content, E-mail Campaigning, also prepares the monthly reports for sales and manage the shopping feed.

A Fine Balance:

I can manage Work Life Balance becuase I always learn from others and whenever required I always ask my seniors if I have any problem without hesitation. People always co-operate me and I also have a great coordination in a team that supports me wherever I get stuck.

Current and Previous Responsibilities

My current role is to manage the CMS of E-Commerce sites ie. adding the products to our site, creating customer service reports and month end reports, Testing the content on the site, managing the shopping feeds for the site. Taking a training for the new people.

Most Important Lessons

Never get into the politics of the people just go on working for what you come. Ignore the negative things people say about you. Ignore the things that interrupts your work and overcome them politely.

Changes in the industry

Unless and untill QA is done we cannot put the things on live becuse it has a negative effect on sale.

Role Model

Sachin Tendulker, because he gives his 100% to his work whether he fails or he is upto the mark but he is completly devoted. His calmness and sincerity towards the game. I learned from him that in his bad times also keep doing the things unless and untill you get success.
