As an AVP, donned several roles including that of Divisional
Manager in the Strategic Global Sourcing Group, Head –
Microsoft Technology Center. Handled large deals of size $30+
million. I was responsible for setting up several Center of
Excellence (CoE) including Dot Net Academy, Strategic Outsourcing
Academy and Differentiated Delivery Center of Excellence. Have
done pioneering work in design and development of Software
Project Estimation techniques. Many of my methods and training
