Responsible for following duties to perform :-
Preparing
Books of Accounts upto Finalisation and finalizing with the help
of auditors in Delhi. Submitting Monthly Stock & Book debts
statement to Bank. Preparing monthly and yearly PF, ESIC,
Professional tax, Service tax, TDS payment and returns.
Doing Assessment of Service tax, Professional tax etc.
Responsible for deducting TDS on Salary
on employee and preparing Form 16 at the end of Financial year.
Helping in submitting
preparing documents relating to tenders. Arranging for Bank
guarantee and also responsible for extention of Bank guarantees.
Preparing Yearly TDS certificates and distributing to
parties and collecting TDS Certificates from parties who have
deducted our TDS. Dealing with Site Staff for daily report
at site.
Dealing with all site Banks for transferring Funds etc at sites.
Preparing
Bills with the help of measurement supplied by our engineers.
