·Handling the entire recruitment process.
·Interacting with
Manager in getting the requirements analyzing the requirements,
and sourcing profiles for the same.
·Identifying and
coordinating with the HR and Quality department for fulfilling
the job requirement.
·Identify, screen and match qualified
candidates internally (people on bench else outsourcing profiles
if not available) to specific job orders.
·Screening and
short-listing the resumes through mock and personal
interviews.
·Manage internal and external job
postings.
·Organizing and scheduling the telephonic,
videoconferences and face-to-face interviews for selected and
interested candidate’s profiles for the
requirements.
.Follow-up on interview results and drive
applicable next steps.
·Preparing Offer letter, Appointment
letters for internal Staff.
