• Responsible for driving retentions on voluntary requests and
the involuntary base including Post-paid and prepaid subscribers,
with special focus on the High value - Platinum / Gold / Silver
Base.
• Organizing loyalty / Retentions Programs at touch
points.
• Initiate proactive Retentions models through for
plan upgrades, handset upgrades and goodwill profiling of
customer base.
• Responsible for utilisation of various
Retentions Tools – as per the retention matrix.
• Manage and
control Churn through reactive and proactive
measures.
• Periodical training on Soft Skills & Retention
Tools for the Retention, Customer Service and Collection teams.
