especially under company law, the various land legislation,
environment laws etc are complied with • To assist Marketing
& Sales on issues such as stamp duty, registration and property
taxes . • To assist marketing & sales on legal vetting of all
marketing & sales communication / documentation viz. brochures,
letters etc. • To provide legal assistance, as may be
required from time to time • • To completeness of legal
documentation for review by solicitors • To coordinate with
law firms/ solicitors on public notices, title certificates,
litigation etc. • To support in preparing legal notices,
suits, legal replies, briefs for legal advisors/solicitors
Research • To research on various case laws and latest
developments
