I have started my career from a position of a Computer operator, & reached to the position of the head of the office where I have worked in my 1st job, in second again joined at the lowest level and reached up to the senior manager level, in each job, I have got promoted.

Family Background

I am married. My wife Bharti is BSc, she is house wife, My Father is a state govt employee, mother also a house wife, my younger brother is a Mechanical Engineer,working with Godrej Consumers in African Countries, sister is also happily married, I have a loving 6 year kid, his name is Shlok.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

The professional environment changed drastically, earlier, the seniors were used to teach their subordinates, never treated like machines, now a days, the seniors are just in concern with their tasks, they do not bother about the personal issues of their peers.

Job Profile:

Basically, I am looking after the Retail Agri Division at Aurangabad, taking care of the entire Agribusiness of ING Vysya Bank for the designated territory. My job includes, the various products like Kisan Credit Card, Agri Term Loans, Working Capitals for Agri Allied industries, etc.

Advice For New Professionals:

I would like to tell the freshers that don't hesitate to put your opinion in front of your bosses, don't afraid of your mistakes, because its your learning period, your mistakes will teach you a life time lessons. You should admit your mistakes and should find the solutions by consulting your bosses

The Journey So Far:

In the entire career of my 12 years of experience, I have learnt a lot, in this corporate world, you should be pure professional, you should leave your emotions at your home, in short, in corporate world, emotions are useless, but its a fact that corporate world opened so many ways for your career.

Just working, working to achieve the assigned targets, maintaining good relationships with the clients, seniors and all my friends. Updating myself with the current market situations, learning all the new things which may be useful for me in my future. Learning is great tool to develop yourself.

I am working with ING Vysya Bank Ltd as a Relationship Manager for Agri & Rural Banking based at Aurangabad. In my job profile, I have to provide the financial assistance to the farmers, the Industrialist of Agri Allied Industries, Dairies, Fisheries, Warehouse Receipt Financing etc.

As per my personal view, Degrees & certificates are just the basic things, your practical experience is the right teacher for your career path.

Done Differently:

For me it will be easy to start my career again, I am a strong believer "If you know the swimming, you can swim anywhere, may be in sea, river, lake" similarly, I believe in myself, I can prove myself then whats the problem, I can adjust any work conditions, it doesn't matter.
