My achievement

I worked in HSBC as a software engineer and there i got Long Service Award and in many of Women events i got prizes. I am involved in all activities in the office and try to improve my knowledge.

Goals and Ambitions

I want to see myself as a Project Manager and i am currently working on that aim. And i want to help people who are freshers and who are very new to this profession so that they can reach there goals.

My role model

I dont have one particular Role Model. People who are hardworking and who help others and the society are my role models. I get inspiration from so many people. Personally i didnt meet any one but people like Mother Teresa,sachin tendulkar ,Abdul kalam i read about them and get inspiration.

Books recommended

For freshers i suggest them to just search in the internet the sites which provide them the questions related to aptitude.
Lot of Reasoning,
Analytical questions,
Shakuntala devi books,
Quantitative analysis.
Best thing is to make themselves busy with lot of problem solving.

Managing professional as well as personal life

I do lot of Yoga and Meditation. This helps me a lot to balance my professional and personnel life.
Mainly i do all my work before only, so that there will not be any rushing for anything.

Making job easier

First thing is i give my 100% in my work. If i am doing any work i just concentrate on that particular thing only not on other thins.
I work seriously and while working i don't concentrate on other things.
I will be active and give my 100% for the work i am allocated.

Company and job profile

I am Mrs.Jaya Lakshmi Gaddam about me i am a simple and calm going person. Morning till evening i will be busy with my job work and household work. Morning 4:30 i will start my day with yoga from 5 to 7 in the morning. From 7 to 10 getting ready for my office and 10am to 10pm i will be in the office.Working in IBM as a Sales Reporting Professional.
In IBM i am working on Cognos Tool.

Challenges faced in job

In my work i am getting more challenging work which makes me think a lot and apply the logics and helps me to improve my skills and update my skills.

Being different

As a Engineer i think i am having lot of logical thinking and i do smart work which is different from others.

My important career decision

Firstly i was a Java Developer and next i changed my technology to Cognos which was hot cake at that time.

Family Background

Very simple family me and my Husband who is a Civil Engineer and very supportive person what ever work i do he gives me lot of suggestions and supports me a lot.I have a younger sister who completed her M.Tech in India and now she is in USA with her Husband.

My advice

First and most important thing is we should be very calm and we should show our activeness in the work. Unnecessarily please dont speak too much show your talent in the work which is assigned to you.
Don't speak any negative thing about any one. Be silent and do your work.
If you get try to improve your skills.

In India there is very less team work.
People will be every time chit chatting only.
Seriously they will not work. Every time they will think bad about others.
Most of the time people will be thinking to tell all false about others.
Because of this they are laging behind.
