Managing professional as well as personal life

As i am single now and living alone here in Bangalore, so till now i manage only my professional life which include working till late going client places and interacting with them, and on weekend i usually go out with friends. but this is the story till now and as i am getting married so now i am wooried about this extra working hours and hectic client meeting schedule and seeking a better working culture.

As I think its all started decades a go in early days when our IT companies started out sourcing the services and getting huge amount, so every one else who wanted to be in this market started doing the same thing and we are following it even today but now the things are changing after the period of recession now one can see lots of start ups coming up with there on product in market.

MNC's provide training to the freshers so if people are joining MNC they don't have to worry about what to do and what not to do, But if some one is starting his first job in a small company or start-up they should prepare them self well because there will be no training or something so they have to learn every thing by them self, and they should be prepared to work late even after the working hours and given that very less salary and less facilities as of what they give in MNC, But one can learn lots of thing if starts with small compny

I born in UP brought up in Mumbai, I have done my schooling and diploma in computer technology from Mumbai and i have done my BE from Ramtek(Nagpur) in Information Technologies, Currently i am working in Techsoft Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.(TTIPL) as a software developer on .net, My company is a product development company and Mainly develop telecom solution such as call-billing software,Voice logger,softphone etc. My involvement in development is that i am involve in whole SDLC from taking client requirement to making UI coding for functionality, testing,deploying etc.
