Strategy. We are devising IT Road Map for the company for 3 years
down the line. This project is for Green Field Company. This
company is basically aspiring to be market leader in Automobiles
Retailer. This company wants to build Auto Malls in various
locations in India. Here, servicing, repair or all brands of the
cars will be available with their branded accessories and spare
parts. They will also sell Used and New cars of multiple brands
under one roof in coming time. It will be one roof for Car owners
for all their jobs giving them feeling of full ownership. Role:

Development Project: The project involved defining a new Business
Offering of IT Consulting, which gives maximum value to the
client of a consultant when he implements the project. Role:
Innovative Consulting / Business Process Consultant
