Leading sales team. o Sales, Achieving sales targets & Maximize
sales and exceed store Targets, through effective and continuous
space, stock and seasonal management, and the highest possible
levels of customer service o Product and Display
planning o Minimizing shrinkage’s by keeping optimum level of
stock and ensures store achieves defined stock loss targets. &
store accurately carries out all loss prevention activities as
defined by their stock loss action plans o To get maximum
profits by making best of stock turns possible. o Participates
in delivering highest standards of in store training including
weekly communication, daily briefs, and product knowledge and on
the job coaching. Recommends areas of training need within the
store and assists in developing and delivering programs to
address them o Reporting to the Deputy Area Operations Manager &
State Head for the operational aspects of the
stores. o Preparing periodically sales reports o Customer
service
