WAREHOUSE IN CHARGE

Working/Currently
• Receiving the cargo both imported and indigenous at the
warehouse with invoice BOE/Road Permits / Tax documents/L.R
• Checking items and the quantity against
Invoice. • Reporting variations if any on documentation and
material • Maintenance and updating of Stock Register and
mailing to the superiors day to day, weekly and monthly stock
statement. • Generating all reports using Oracle Applications
like GRN, GRIN, GRNC AND MRN DC (Material request note for
delivery Chelan ) • Coordinating for removal of unused/extra
materials from site • Perpetual stock
verification • Keeping track of site to site transfer if
transfers are routed through warehouse. • Coordinating with
the team members to follow up with physical stock checking and
keep on them in a separate track. • Collection of DFT
(Document for Transporter) invoice copy & LR copy and forwarding
the same to Head office along with GRN for warehouse as well as
for site deliveries • Co-coordinating and following up with
the insurance company for filing any claims if required • To
maintain all vendor invoices and to send the same Head office as
per the purchase Order • Disposal of rejected and scrap
material
