critical situations faced by the support team members while
managing and tracking issues and providing them effective support
per their requirement. •Insurance and Licensing: Processing
Licensing applications, Renewal applications, Appointments,
Terminations and address change of Producers/Agencies on the
state websites/NIPR. •Insurance/compliance (Arkansas):
Implementing and managing accounts and maintaining a direct
relationship with the clients. •AFM, ECM and FPI Support:
Preparing the reports of the issues and update in the system and
Tracker sheet during the week and sending to the President and
Director.
