Job Profile & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for acquisition of new clients (Business Development) within the FMCG & Consumer Durable Sector.
•Handling recruitments across middle and top management levels for functions such as for Leading FMCG, Consumer Services Clients which includes i.e. HR, IR, Manufacturing, Brands, Sales & Marketing and R & D.
•Understanding the requirement of the client in terms of the position and the job description.
•Client relationship management - Responsible for executing mandates across levels and maintaining a healthy relationship with the client. This involves thorough understanding of the FMCG & Consumer Durable industry, understanding the organization structure, compensation structure, organization policies and employee skills set for various positions.
•Planning and execution for Recruitment at different levels using innovative techniques of Recruitment i.e. Headhunting & Mapping, Networking and Referencing, jobsites and creating strong database for the future requirements.
•Conducting the preliminary round of interviews. Understanding the initial due-diligence in terms of their career aspirations, relocation constraints, current and expected CTC etc. so as to put forward the best candidates to the client.
•Coordinating the entire recruitment process with the client in an efficient manner while ensuring maximum client satisfaction
•Paper benchmarking, interview benchmarking, Salary negotiation.
•Counseling the candidates in case of any resistances
