As a Application support on Chromatography Instrumentation to
customers involved in Instrument Demo, usage of instrument &
Software operation to users ( Pharma , R & D labs, Environmental
labs, Institutions, testing laboratories etc. Conducting training
workshops to customer on Basics of GC, HPLC, GCMS, LCMS, Column
chemistry, Maintenances, Troubleshooting etc. Support to the
sales and services on applications related issues and giving
internal training to sales and service persons. Pre sales
activities – Product Presentation on Applications as well the
technical features of the instrument (HPLC, GC, Head Space, GCMS,
LCMS etc.) to customers, Lockout specification preparation for
tenders, Technical Comparisons, Product Presentation etc.
Participation in Exhibitions / Seminars to give Technical /
Application explanation on products to customers, demo of the
instruments at customer sites. Internal training to new sales
persons on product range the latest updates on new released
models etc. Suggesting configuration to sales coordinator for
quotations preparations, monthly Application E-mailers content
preparation etc. Post Sales activities – after
instillation – Instrument Demo, conducting workshops, attending
critical application problems. Internal training to
