Working in a Telecom Industry in OSS department.
I have worked
with a client Charter who is North American company.I was
involved in voice and ISP Phase of this client.Right now working
with a Israel client called Hot.We are providing resedential and
HSD services to the client.My job is to implement service
definition, sourcing of parameters to actual device like Nortel
switch for voice and Varicom for Voice Mail.Well its lot to tell
but not in words :)
