My family background

Coming from lower middle class family, father working in MSEB (now MAHADISCOM), mother doing role of house wife, have 2 brothers.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

As per my experience, education system in India have lots of lacuna of impractical education, absence of skill oriented programs..etc
We should give education more practically than theoretical. We should motivate students to be as a good researcher than Dr's and Engineers. Grading system should be based on practical knowledge and how many skills are developed in students. we shall accept the choice of students which they want to do. We have to observe in which filed they are showing their interest and giving their best performance. To improve the quality of our education we have to adopt distance learning than regular traditional learning system. Now world working on instant basis so our education system should remove the lacuna instantly to improve our quality.

Ensuring success

Solve problems and make decisions - Problems continue to come like the waves. They come and go and they never stop. You must as a leader and as a follower continuously think about the solution. Your rise in life is the ability to solve greater problems. And when you solve these problems comes more authority, more money and more power.

Set priorities - This is the ability to work on your most important task that will contribute the greatest value to your end result.

Focus and concentrate - Focus is the ability to be absolutely clear about the most important thing you can do. Concentration is your ability to discipline yourself to focus on just that one task until it is complete. It creates a source of energy, increases your enthusiasm and self – esteem.

Important lesson learned

Every day gives us a lesson. My father never teach me, but i got many lesson from his nature, behavior, problem solving attitude. The most important lesson i have learn from life is TO GET SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO WORK HARD. NOTHING YOU WILL GET EASILY.

Brief description about me

While working with University, gain the experience of how educational institute actual runs and how student underpasses through the whole process of education. Before to join YCMOU(YASHWANTRAO CHAVAN MAHARASHTRA UNIVERSITY NASHIK)already learned about how to implement academic program through teaching but after the joining learned to implement academic program by distance education. As i having experience of teaching in Jr. College as well as Sr. College, already known the needs of students, hence it becomes much easier to implement the academic program at university level.
