Working/Currently
Ø Coordination for market development for new order booking from
existing & new customers from India & Abroad. Handling complete
cycle from enquiry generation to order booking & order processing
till productionisation of the same.
a) Coordination with
development team for costing and offer submission to customers
after consultation with marketing head.
b) Follow up with
customers for feedback & future action plan.
c) Working as
single point communication window for customers & internal
functions like Development, Operations etc. The major part of
communication with domestic & overseas customers during product
development cycle.
d) Making necessary presentations, data base
management for mail campaign for market development.
e) Complete
coordination & involvement for foreign customers’ during their
visit to facility either for process audit or facility audit
before starting the business or during the business period.
Ø Follow up with overseas customers for due
payments.
Ø KPI data submission as per TS-16949 requirements,
MRM (Management Review Meeting) presentation by 7th of every
month.
Ø Core Team member for “Sales & Distribution”
function for 2 divisions i.e. Disc Springs & Compressor Valves
Division for streamlining SAP in the organization. Involvement
from function structuring till implementation of SAP in
Gala.
Ø Timely generation of reports required by top
management (including MIS Reports-Management Information System)
for Marketing & Sales Dept.
Additional responsibility from
APRIL-08 onwards
Ø Generation of necessary data required by
Business Development head for projects going on for JV &
Acquisitions. Coordination with Business Research companies
regarding same projects.
