About Harish Gupta
I am CEO of FASHiON LEARNING RESOURCES (FLR) is a Gurgaon, India based company pioneering Fashion Education & Training Technology(FETT) products, services and consulting.
It is promoted by founding alumni batch of NIFT, with 20 years of domain experience and expertise. FLR offers design, development, production and delivery services in FETT for the fashion educational institutes and professional training organisations. We are developing and digitising the entire content on multimedia / e learning platform.
I had excelled at NIFT Alumni (Pg.AMM’1989-91) with an AEPC Trophy and French Government Scholarship. Before this I was University topper in PG. Industrial relations & Personal Management (Pg.IRPM) and all India Rank holder in C F A(inter). Having passed with rare academic combination (HRD-Finance-Fashion Marketing) from premier institutes, I went to gain global design/marketing understanding at Paris School (IFM, Paris).
In the last 17 years of entrepreneurship experience, I have been an entrepreneur with 3 start-ups (consultancy, garment manufacturing and Sourcing/buying agency), taken initiatives and risks and worked on challenging assignments. I am also an Adjunct Professor and jury member at NIFT, New Delhi. I spend time on research, seminars, campuses and contributes to business / trade publications, and made presentations at ISB, Hyderabad and FICCI’s International Design Conclave’08.
