As I’m working in production & quality dept, my
Responsibilities are, Checking all Components as per
drawing with customer specification. Preparing evaluation
lots and follows up until delivery to customer. Preparing
all documents (prod & quality) for ISO/TS16949 internal &
external audit. Preparing all documents for LEAN
manufacturing & maintain. Trouble shooting air leak tester
m/c for automotive parts. Find out problems in aluminium
casting moulds & send out to repairs. Planning to achieve
the quality policy and continuous improvements in the process and
production.
