Thoughts on Education system of our country
The education should be practical and skill based. After becoming a graduate, it should fetch them a job directly without any further training etc. The present education system is a big business in India. 95% of our workforce is engineering graduates and the quality of these engineering graduates is very poor. The government (particularly AP) instead of giving fee reimbursement; they should facilitate the people to qualify themselves to become engineering graduates. The government also should limit the no. of colleges and enforce strict compliance to standards to improve the quality of education.
My family background
My father retired as Joint Director (AH) and mother is a homemaker. My wife is a banker and works of SBI. Daughter works for Microsoft. Younger brother is a Group Captain, Indian Air force and sister is a college lecturer.
More about myself
Just doing things will not help. Do it with a passion to excel whatever you do. Leave your mark and make others to follow you
Important decision
Be sincere and honest to your profession. Never work for money only. Whatever you do, do with passion to excel, money will follow naturally.
Initiative to develop a country
Even after 65 years of independence, the country is still blindly following family rule. Eliminate corrupt politicians and family ruling. Let us vote the right professionals to come to power and help India to become a developed country.
Degree that I recommend
However, studied M.Sc. Ph.D. in Physics, MBA and being a Six sigma master black belt, still prefers to do a degree from Harvard.
