I. Construction Experience of constructing 132 KV. Grid sub-
station /220 KV GSS/along with the comprehensive erection
experience of various equipments like Power
Transformer,Ckt.Breakers,CT’s,PT’s,LA,CVT’s,Isolators of

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling preparing commissioning
schedules in coordination with equipment supplier, erection
engineers, testing (Protection) and commissioning team to match
with the project completion plan. Streamlining the maintenance
and upkeep of all the plant/Grid equipments by implementing
predictive and preventive maintenance procedures. Supervising
the site construction work including commissioning testing of
various systems/equipments. Planning effecting preventive
maintenance schedules of plant/grid equipments to increase
reliability and redundancy. Proactively identifying areas of
obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the plant /
grid equipments through application of troubleshooting tools.
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and
modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M
expenditures and work within the planned budget. Implementing
various techniques for cycle time reduction, entailing
identification of opportunities, energy audits, analysis of data,
cost benefit analysis, implementation & post audits.
