Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the full hiring
cycle - Requirement gathering, sourcing; pre-screening;
coordinating for interviews, on boarding.
• Understand skill
requirements for various clients and sourcing of relevant
profiles, which involves going through the existing database,
portals, and referrals.
• Attending vendor call for new
requirements.
• Conducting job postings through job
portals.
• Screening and Short-listing profiles as per
requirements at the initial level.
• Conducting HR interviews
for assessment of soft skills of candidates.
• Following up
with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the
interview.
• Closing on offers with selected candidates
• Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all
candidates.
• Updating the status of interview in the
database.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on
recruitment.
