Main responsibilities are taking care of full System Engineering
Department which includes controlling the full process of System
Engineering ie from Enquiry Stage up to finalization of the
Projects, Controlling the purchase and liaising with the
principles and also coordinating with the Project Engineering
team up to hand over of the Projects. Controlling the Sales team
in tackling the Commercial issues and providing technical support
for the Project Engg team. In fact the total management of the
full process for the team is my job responsibility. Liaising with
the Clients, Suppliers etc is also coordinated by me. Supported
the MR in getting the ISO certification for the company and is an
Internal auditor.
