•Leading MIS team of 2 different US based collections and Back
office process, leading a of 5 MIS executive and 5 MIS
associates, catering to clients like – Washington Mutual Bank
Voice Collection & Washington Mutual – Back Office, Alliance
Data System. •Create and implement reporting procedure &
process to review status of daily / monthly service performance
for site management. •Prepare monthly presentations with
different charts, diagrams and analysis other reports to assist
in process SLA metrics & trends. •Preparing & sending monthly
presentation & reports to Board of Director and higher
management, including site’s performance in comparison to other
sites. •Preparing & updating IT / HR & admin department about
BPRMS project and process implementation of the operations.
•Preparing and sending monthly report to other department for
helping in achieving certifications like PCI certification and
going ahead for COPC, ISO 27001:2005 certification and BPRMS
etc. •Coordinate and allocate internal team resources
necessary to complete a project or undertake developmental
activities. •Responsible for staying abreast of new
developments in the area of concentration. •Maintain a
management information system for all projects and ensure data
integrity of the same. •Responsible for sending accurate
reports to the service delivery team, Sr. VP & senior management
in a timely manner using tools like excel, pivots, macros,
access, Minitab, SQL. •Undertake process automation and
development activities by making reports macro based, creating
and maintain database in access or SQL. •Create procedures &
process necessary to successfully monitor daily operations and
advise managers on appropriate action steps. •Creating various
internal metrics measurement tools like, agent scorecard, TL
scorecard, OM Dashboard etc for better performance measurement
