Meditech is a Health Care software which is been installed in
different Hospitals. It works on 2 versions (client/Server and
Magic), working on a Meditech Application. In Meditech, I am on
support. This is a post implementation support for a HCIS.
Resolving the tickets, giving the access to the users and Testing
of the upgraded Meditech application. Acting as a senior member
.Giving suggestion to the client, holding training for the other
member in the Meditech Team. Alerts and job monitoring task is
carried out for the clients SHN, the MED and Bradford. Alerts are
notifications or reminders that the applications sent when some
processes is deviating from the normal behavior. Background jobs
are a set of jobs that run on the background of the application.
When any such case arises an e mail notification is received. A
ticket I created in remedy and the process that is behaving
abnormally is monitored till it comes back to normal state. User
access tickets are created when changes are required for a user
who uses the Meditech Application. The requests can be to provide
new menus to a user or remove some menus or routines from a users
profile or add a new routine to the user etc. At present the
Offsite team is supporting the user access requests for Stellaris
Health Network (SHN) and The Regional Medical Centre (The MED).
The change requests are created in remedy and it involves
requests n Client server and Magic versions of Meditech
