I'm Anand Vaghela.Currently I'm working in ATMA (Agriculture Technology Management Agency),a Project of Govt.of India(UT) & Govt. of Gujarat,in this project working as a System Engineer
I Complete My B.E.(CS) in Saurastra University at Atmiya Institute of Technology & Science in Rajkot(Gujarat) then I'll join M.Tech(Adv. N/W & Telecommunication) In International Institute of Information Technology (I2IT) at Pune(Maharashtra) but regarding some health problem i was not submitted my final thesis
my current job profile like I've maintained and monitoring all DNS & DHCP Server, handled some database and project online site,update inventory of all system in this project at district level and if having purchase any new H/W or any other equipment then I'll help

in beginner I've suggest computer network book by tanenbaum and if person is intermediate or advance and they would to like your carrier in N/W filed then I've suggest Linux Administrator it's really very good knowledge book for intermediate or advance learner

My role model

I've more than one role model ...it's define by different different category like....if I'm start business about this field than my role model is Steve jobs because it's techniques,strategies, product designing and marketing are aw same and it's different for traditional business
if I'm branding any product it's like Microsoft because today more than 90% PC running with that's windows and other product

first of all when ever I've work than I'll just observe about all work and create one key plane to how to make this all work to more simplify and more easy going or what I'm implement than this work is more user friendly
after this same research I'll handle my work because my working techniques is different for traditional and ones I've pickup my work than automatically my inputs and outputs make me segregate

My advice

don't do any stereo type work implement something new because if you leave your company than something is having to remember you otherwise more and more coming and more and more out but do not have time to anybody to you remember
and ones very important "Do not Having Close Relation with employe" because you need any close relation with employe than difficult to taking any strong decision

Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'

in our country 98 of 100 engineers dreams to take a job in "MNC" but remaining only 2 thinking I'll make own "MNC"

in foreign Country (US.UK.etc...) 80 of 100 engineers dreams to make own company or own business then rest of 20 is not afford think like this than they doing some where job....this is different in our country and other country other wise this 98 of 100 engineer think reverse than definably so many company and so many research pattern by Indian people because they all are good knowledge and practical mind .and other problem is our system...
