: Routine Analysis of incoming Raw material, Intermediate
Finish Goods & Finish Goods. Have to Operate & Calibrate of
PC controlled Analyser like Eltra C-S 2000 Analyser ,
Eltra C-S 800 Analyser, Eltra C-W 800 Analyser, XRF
machine, Spectro Flame Photometer, Hot Stage Microscope
etc Recipe formulation & Certification of the Product
Continuous Casting Fluxes, Bottom Pouring Fluxes & Insulating
compounds. New product Development according to customer
need & Failure Product root cause analysis. Have to maintain
the in-house documents for ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 & newly
implemented Integrated Management System OHSAS 18001:2007 for
Internal as well as External Audit. Take part in various
type management programs ( like cost control of FG, Re-use
natural Re-sources etc) & Safety programs (like Fire fighting
mock drill etc.)
